Is there a minimum team size?

No minimum. We've got companies on this plan with just 2 or 3 people. If the company is paying and more than one person needs access, this is built for you.

Do we need to register our company first?

No. You don't need to verify or register anything upfront. Just pick a plan, fill in your company details, and your account is set up. Credits are ready for your team straight away.

Why not just let everyone use a personal account?

Personal accounts are great for individual use, but when the company pays, you need control. Enterprise gives you a shared wallet, usage visibility, and budget limits — things personal accounts just can't do.

Can we give some staff more credits than others?

Yes, absolutely. When you add your team — typed in or via CSV — you can specify a different credit amount for each person. You can also change allocations anytime from the admin panel.

What happens to credits that aren't used?

Enterprise credits are valid for 90 days — three times longer than personal plans. So unused credits from one month roll over into the next, as long as they're within that 90-day window.

How does billing work once we're set up?

We send one invoice per month covering all workspace usage across your team. You get a clean single bill — no receipts to collect, no individual reimbursements to process.
